       NOTE HHSVF FOUL WEATHER POLICY: If Henrico County Public Schools are closed or 

                      their opening is delayed by 2 hours or more, HHSVF is cancelled.


HHSVF meets next on Tuesday April 14, 2026. Note that we will meet on the 2nd floor of Publix in its Community Meeting Room at 2250 John Rolfe Pkwy, Henrico, VA 23233.


                   Dennis Bigelow James Monroe Impersonator
Dennis Bigelow is a renowned James Monroe impersonator who has  captivated audiences with his portrayal of the fifth president of the  United States. His performances are a blend of historical theatre and  storytelling, bringing to life the life and times of President Monroe.  Bigelow's work not only entertains but also educates, offering insightsinto the historical context of Monroe's presidency and the challenges he faced.

Doors open at 1115, the program begins at 1150, and the program will conclude by 1300.  Lunch may be purchased from Publix' Deli.



REGULAR Monthly meetings:

The Detachment  meets on the 4th Saturday of each month, except for November and December, at  Lakewood Community Center, 1900 Lauderdale Drive, Richmond, VA 23238. Breakfast from 0830-0900 is $8.00 with Detachment Business meeting 0900-1030. Click on the red Lakewood Map button for parking and entrance nearest the meeting place.   

The next Detachment Business Meeting on Saturday March 28,2026 will be at Lakewood Community Center. Breakfast from 0830-0900 is $10.00 with Detachment Business Meeting 0900-1030.
